Jamison is a Tahoe Native and has been studying movement for more than 10 years. He has experience with a wide variety of bodies ranging from elite athletes to rehabbing severe traumas such as spinal cord injuries and everyone in between. He helps individuals feel and move better by restoring optimal movement patterns and cultivating more awareness when moving through life. Jamison uses slow motion video to analyze his clients posture and movements. This allows him to be precise when diagnosing movement dysfunctions and creating a program for his clients. Whether you suffer from chronic pain, are a beginner when it comes to movement or an athlete looking to increase your performance, Jamison is the coach for you.

She loves helping people feel their happiest, healthiest, most beautiful self. She is a certified iFa personal trainer and has an awesome foundation in ballet. With a deep passion for trail running, resistance training, skiing, and mountain biking, Vince understands the importance of integrating one's lifestyle into their fitness journey and knows that health is multidimensional. While his specialty is in muscle building and fat burning, his ultimate aim is to empower individuals to look and feel their best by aligning their fitness goals with their unique lifestyles.
